Do you know someone who would appreciate cheering up this holiday season? The UUCC Care Team will be creating and delivering holiday baskets to UUCC members on Saturday, Dec. 20.

If you would like to nominate someone to receive a basket, or if you would like a basket delivered to you, please fill out this form.

Would you be willing to make a treat we can add to the baskets? We are looking for batches of small baked goods – things like cookies, fudge, candies or individual treats.
