Rev. Jordinn Nelson Long, our visiting research minister, preached on "What Are We Doing Here?" on Feb. 8, 2026. Reflecting on the tumult of our time, she said, "While the problems we face are not the fault of specific local people in your immediate orbit, the solutions that count for the real problems of how we will build and live into a resilient, peer-centering community of wide-scale thriving – those solutions are mostly local."
