We always need community, but even more so with the new wave of disability injustice that’s been growing since January. Come and share what your spirit is feeling and needing in this new, disabled and chronically ill-only space.

DiJIT is a support group that also advises the board and minister on disability justice and accessibility issues, provides the congregation education opportunities on disability rights issues, and participates in activism (pending access and spoons).

Meetings are held on the 4th Sunday at 12:15 in person and via Zoom.

This group is specifically for people with various types of disabilities including chronic illness, neurodivergence, cognitive issues, brain injury, mental illness, physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, and more. This includes people who were born with or acquired a disability or are disabled through aging.

Please direct your interest, access needs or any questions about the group by email to Gretchen Maune and/or Marcie Brennan.
