Unitarian Universalists for Justice in the Middle East (UUJME), a UUA-related Social Justice Organization, will meet at noon Sunday, Nov. 10, in the Lower Level-Forum Room/Library.

Are you concerned about what is going on in Israel and Palestine? Would you like to learn more? Would you like to take part in activities to educate ourselves and our congregation about the issues involved?

Our local chapter of UUJME is restarting monthly meetings on the second Sunday of the month. As a group we are working for a peaceful and just resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict including a settlement affirming the equality, dignity, freedom and security of all peoples involved. At our October meeting, we planned a preview of the documentary, “Israelism” for our committee members, to be followed by a discussion of the possibility of showing it to our congregation. Stay tuned.
