Pursuant to Sections 571.030(8) and 571.107(14) of the Missouri Revised Statutes, UUCC prohibits persons from bringing firearms and other lethal weapons into the church or onto its grounds, whether such weapons are concealed or carried openly. Law enforcement officers shall be summoned to remove persons violating this policy from the premises.

This policy does not apply to law enforcement officers carrying firearms or other lethal weapons on church premises in the performance of their official duties.
