Mark your calendars for family workdays to build our tree-deck play area this fall. We will gather from 9 a.m. to noon to build on each of the following dates when weather allows:

• Saturday, Nov. 1
• Saturday, Nov. 8
• Saturday, Nov. 15
• Saturday, Nov. 22

If you would like to financially support this playground project, we are still inviting your gifts. Here’s how you can contribute:

• Make a gift at https://uucomo.org/give by selecting Children’s RE Reserved Fund in the dropdown menu.
• Buy a handprint for your child in the planned decorative concrete border alongside the sidewalk, or donate in honor of a family who might not be able to purchase a handprint. $100 per print. Fill out this form to purchase handprints or to request a donated handprint.

We’d like to share a special thank you to the family of our dear departed member Carla Anderson for their gift from her estate toward our Wild Wonder Playground Campaign! Due to this generous gift, we now only need to raise $3,000 more to reach our goal!
