Sundays with R.E. Classes

Good morning!

I am __________________, a member of our Board of Trustees. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Columbia, the church nurturing spirit and service.

We are a community of many beliefs, identities, and experiences, seeking to create an ever-wider circle of welcome and love.

Whoever you are, wherever you’ve been, whoever you love, and wherever you are on life’s journey, you are warmly, joyfully welcome here.

In that spirit of warm welcome, let us now take just moment to greet one another with a handshake, a hug, or a hello.

………..

THANK YOU! Thank you, you may be seated.

We are very happy to have guests and visitors with us this morning, and we invite visitors to sign our guest book in the greeting area (point). By doing so, you will receive our newsletter and a nametag for your next visit.

Children and babies are always welcome in worship, whether they are quiet as church mice or prone to joyful noises. We also have nursery care for infants and toddlers in the lower level and a children’s education program for ages pre-school and up. Children will be invited to their classes after our moment of silence and embodied prayer.

We strive to make our services accessible, and you can find listening assistive devices and large print hymnals at the entrance to the sanctuary and a digital order of service at our website, UUCOMO.ORG.

Please do visit with an usher if you have any questions about accessibility, children’s programs, or anything else. And be sure to check out the announcement insert in today’s order of service or online to learn about our upcoming activities.

We hope you will join us for coffee and conversation in the greeting area after the service.
